The study tour was an exchange in the Partnership program between 4 Swedish and Ugandan cities/municipalities.
The exchange partners are: Busia-Robertsfors; Jinja-Skellefteå; Kampala-Kalix and Mukono-Vimmerby.
The four municipalities of Uganda made their visit to Sweden in February
The foundation of the Partnership program is the United Nations Conventions of the Rights of the Child and the Agenda 21/Sustainable Development.
In the four Ugandan cities/municipalities special programs was executed for respective Swedish delegation finding out the way forward of their partnership cooperation.
A Seminar was held in Entebbe preparing for the Kick-off in the World Championship in Cooperation, to be held in Kampala, Uganda in June.
