Yes, it’s really true!
In the night when clock stroke the first hour this Millennium the King of Sweden, HRH Carl XVI Gustaf received a small bottle of Our Uniting Water.
The King left his 1000 guests in the Royal Castle to meet children of Globetree and receive the very special water that has been united by children from all over the world.
Elizabeth, 9 years old, and Andreas 11 years old handed over the bottle with the united water to the King together with a beautiful handmade book telling the story of Our Uniting Water Ceremony.
The King was very happy for the present and told Andreas and Elisabeth of his own concern for the world’s water. In the Speech to the Nation one hour earlier the King stressed the importance of water. The King gave a bottle of water to the Nordic Museum of Sweden to its Millenium Exhibition.
We forgot to ask but we believe the children’s Our Uniting Water was the very first present to the King and The Royal Castle this Millennium.

 International Youth Convention, IIIEE, Lund

Half a year later, June 2001, HRH The King of Sweden was Guest of Honor at the Opening Ceremony of the International Youth Convention in Lund, south of Sweden.
Young participants from 80 nations united water from places they love and care for in their home areas. 

Queen Silvia of Sweden

 At the Opening Ceremony of Stockholm Water Symposium, August 1991, children from 15 nations united their water. Queen Silvia of Sweden received a small bowl of the children’s united water.
The children were deeply touched and happy to meet and talk with Queen Silvia and often recall this special moment.
