What´s about using the IBSnet and other national and internation networks,
mailing lists, lists of case studies, etc. and put them together in one list,
table, web site or whatever. The national authorities must know this list and
trust the organizer, the access has to be easy, for reading as well as for
adding own ideas and addresses. All on electronic basis. I donot have the
experience with all this stuff and realising it, but there is a demand on
European as well as on global level.
