Robert Deutsch's comments on the Terra Firma v-c plant are interesting. They
answer my earlier query as to the problems of looking after worms and is it
worth it.  I think, if R. is right, that householders (en masse) and
community groups should not go in for worms; leave this to experienced
operators (who may not necessarily be private sector: for instance, SPEQL in
Hyderabad certainly has the expertise now to do good v-c).  Organizations
like Civic Exnora in Chennai should take note, as they say they are promoting
v-c at the household level.  This is probably not worthwhile.
