I had the opportunity over the weekend to look at earlier discussion messages and would like to reopen the discussion threads linked to Bhutanese refuge camps and their impact on Nepali communities.

for the sake of arguement, if sewage from the refugee camp goes into the river and if this pollution effects activities of Nepalis down stream, then I can see that there is a negative impact because of the existence of the refugee camp.
However your latrine-cum-biogas digester is for

Therefore I dont see any direct link with the pollution load generated by the Bhutanese refugee camp.
Q: how far is the refuguee camp from the site of the latrine-cum-digester
?
Q: how many of the Bhutanese refugees use the latrine ?
