could you provide a detail list of pathogens being studied in your test as
well as information on their survival, i.e. pathogen number in influent for
the digester, effluent of the digester and in the compost pit after 3
months.  This information is important.

A study on the survival of pathogens (pathogen flow analysis) is essential
regarding the hygienic aspects of your latrine-cum-digester system.
