Greetings from Samoa. Thanks for your beautiful analysis and your suggestion for a review of some theoretical concepts based on realities. My hypothesis is that the human fecal output must be high in undigested fibrous material from low animal protein based diets in a place like Bangladesh.  What do you think? what is the diet of the latrines users at Nepal and the Dharan of Sunsari district in Nepal like? in terms of composition?.
