Dear Chairpersons and audience,

We apologize for the delays in our communication from Nepal because of Dr.Upendra Gautam's and my preoccupation for some other committments and our frequent ins-and-out of Kathmandu valley. Henceforth, we are quite set for responding the questions and comments made by the participants.

We sincerely thank you for your welcome message: "[MFA-KARKI] welcome" and introducing both of us (Dr. Gautam and I)in an interesting way to open the conference. Just before replying the questions put forth by the participants, we would like to express that the questions and comments received so far appear quite interesting and we do hope to receive more and more interesting questions and comments on our presentation.

We believe that under your Chairmanship as well as Ms Lylian Rodriguez (co-chairperson), more lively discussions will take place and we wish every success for this session and the Conference as a whole.
