1. Tight control over cost structures.
2. Control and planning of purchasing schedules.
3. Good practices of manipulating the produce in the stores.
4. Measurement of losses by actually weighing them.
5. Performance of material balances between purchases and sales.
6. Good documentation of throughput.
7. Training of employees.
